Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to Online coaching CAT/GMAT/GRE/IELTS coaching courses at VerbalHub. This policy is related to the classroom programmes, correspondence courses, test series, or online courses for which the fee is paid at the VerbalHub.
Any aspirant pursuing coaching from VerbalHub can apply for a refund through an email to [email protected] or by calling the VerbalHub office on +91 7042994789. The aspirants can also apply for a refund at the VerbalHub office (113, Near Upkaar Apartment, CV Mayur Vihar Extension, Delhi, 110091).
There are a few clauses to apply for a refund at VerbalHub. Therefore, one can request a refund of the fees paid subject to the following:
❖ For those who apply for a refund after the completion of the first round of coaching courses, 30% of the admission fee will be refunded.
❖ Similarly, If the refund application is applied after the completion of the second round, 20% of the admission fee will be reimbursed.
❖ For those who opt-out of the coaching after the third round, 10% will be refunded. All the refunds will be made to the bank account of the user.
❖ No refund will be applicable if it is asked after one month of the completion of the course. whatever refund case will be, it should be initiated at first month.
❖ There must be a reason behind refund asking for example teacher's quality of teaching, management promised service or misbehavior of the staff with any of the test takers. There will be no refund case applicable if you ask after two months of the course, three months of the course or more than that.
❖ The refunded amount will be delivered to the aspirants within 3 working days from the date of application.
❖ If somebody has concern with first class, then whole fees will be refunded next day.
❖ If the there is dispute between teacher and the service user, the first attempt will be to resolve the issue, if it could not resolved the number of hours will be counted and rest of the amount will be deducted.
❖ If the case is matter of few hours, 500/ per hour will be counted and as per the calculation, the amount will be refunded.
❖ If someone is found doing anti-activity against the company, the company has right to remove without and refund.
❖ If the fee is paid in installment, refund policy will not be implemented such as two parts or three parts.
❖ To get refund there must be unique id number and invoice that is given by the institution.
❖ Receipt, invoice and fees detail must be submitted to the respective mails to apply for refund.
❖ No g-mail and general mail will be valued for the refund case.
❖ There must be screen shot of official mail of the company to get the real details.
Learner's admission will be cancelled in case :
❖ if the online Admission Form is filled inappropriately.
❖ if the fees is sent unethically or illegally.
❖ if the supporting documents are not completed or forged.
❖ if the false documents have been submitted, if incorrect or wrong information is given.
❖ if the candidate is involved in any enethical activity against the company.
❖ If a candidate is involved in illegal activities for example; deals with drugs and arms,
❖ If a candidate or learner behaves badly with mentors like abuse the teachers and fight with them.
❖ if residential proof is not attached or important details are missing.
❖ If there is unwanted comments against the company.
There are a few clauses to apply for a refund at VerbalHub. Therefore, one can request a refund of the fees paid subject to the following:
❖ No refund policy will be applicable on any type of discount. For example, GST wave off or other discount promise. Refund policy will be applied only on the fees that is full fees + 18% GST.
❖ Refund policy will not be applicable in case you get enrolled after taking any demo class.
