How many rounds are there in ISB MBA?
The Indian School of Business (ISB) is one of the top B-schools that ranks 1st in India and 23rd globally according to the MBA rankings(2021) released by the Financial Times (FT). Every year, around 900 students get their admissions for the flagship Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in ISB across its campuses in Hyderabad and Mohali.
The admission process of ISB MBA typically initiates in September and nears the completion in the month of March and consists of three rounds. Although the Admissions are closed for the 2022-23 intake, this article will aim to explain the ISB admission rounds, application dates, deadlines, and application fees of 2022-23 to simplify and make you understand the ISB MBA admission process.
Overview of ISB admission rounds:
The prime thing that you must know is that the application deadlines mean the submission of a finished application. Without complete and accurate details in the admission, the application will not be considered complete and eventually would not be evaluated.Therefore, make sure that you apply well ahead of the given deadline and avoid any kind of last-minute rush.
● The deadline for ISB round 1 was 12 September 2021. For those who wish to apply only for ISB or are scrutinizing for scholarships or fee waivers, the advisable round is to apply in Round 1. International applicants are also advised to apply either in round 1 or round 2 so that they get enough time for the visa-related formalities. Not to forget that Full tuition fee waivers are offered only to ISB Round 1 applicants.
● Round 2 of the ISB admission process started on December 05, 2021, and ended in February 2022 whereas the ISB round 3 started from January 30, 2022, and finished by March 2022. Up to 75% tuition fee waivers are offered to the applicants who choose to apply in Rounds 2 and 3. The shortlisted candidates of the ISB MBA rounds are informed FIVE days before their interview date.
